Wi-Fi was strong, and handy 24-hour reception, but the restaurant was just average.

Everything else is perfect

I always make my reservation through this means and I have a lot of staying there. First, they told me that my 16 year old son is of age, when if we are not ignorant, he is 18 years old and older. and it worked and he didn't answer me or tell me anything, I went upstairs and dialed him and he hung up on me a week before I also went, I made a request to a lady named Montserrat and she was very attentive and cordial, she gave me a room with a mini-cooler and she attended me very well, but to this end I was very haughty and rude, since they ignored me and hung up the phone when I called to make the observation.

The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed, a desk with an office chair, and a well-maintained bathroom with great water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold dishes for just 60 pesos. The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was reliable and strong throughout my stay.

We greatly enjoyed being there. Everything was good at this hotel, very helpful and really helpful staff. The venue was in a central location just off Apodaca, Monterrey downtown, and Monterrey airport. Furthermore, very close to LA FE plaza. We have booked standard queen room with a comfortable kingsize bed and an armchair, for instance for 3 nights. There was plenty of great meals.

The rooms are adequate and comfy, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The cost is usd 1037. The stuff is pleasant, affable...

The hotel was perfect for our large family with little kids. We appreciated the easy access to nearby activities and had a blast golfing as a family. The airport pickup was super convenient.

The internet connection was inconsistent at times, and the check-in process took longer than expected due to limited staff at peak hours.

great spot for exploring parks and local attractions

the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and I loved that it was just about 6.5 km from the beautiful Fundidora Park where I spent my mornings walking and taking in the scenery.

We found the location very convenient, being just a short drive from LA FE plaza. The facilities were well-kept. The friendly staff was always ready to help.

The only drawback was the strong cooking smell in the reception area upon our arrival.

Families beware of hidden rules

Kids stayed free which saved a lot of money, and the indoor heated pool was perfect for our family time. The front desk staff was helpful, and Lizeth really went out of her way to find us comfortable rooms.

It wasn't inexpensive but overall it was still reasonable for what we got and the amenities.

Every time we stay in Monterrey, we like to stay here. This is an absolutely great hotel with decent-sized rooms. The property is in a good and excellent location in the Monterrey area you are visiting. The staff has always been very helpful and really helpful. The breakfast itself is satisfactory and the food is great.
